What Would You Do If You Weren't Afraid?

One day Sheryl Sandberg, CFO of Facebook, asked herself what she would do if she wasn't afraid. Her answer? "Write a book." And that is exactly what she did. The New York Times Bestseller Lean In sold 140,000 copies in the first week alone. Sandberg has inspired women across the country to speak up and take action in the fight for gender equality.

In honor of International Women's Day tomorrow, we asked the female employees at BookPal to share their own answers to the question, "What Would you do if you weren't afraid?" For more answers and inspiration, check out the Tumblr account.
