Collage Your Mind: An Interactive Collage Workshop for Better Mental Health [9788410651494]

Overview

Discover how cutting, arranging and combining images can offer new ways to explore your thoughts, express your emotions and connect with yourself.

Created by visual artist and collage specialist Rebeka Elizegi and medical doctor and mental health researcher Paola Buedo, *Collage Your Mind* brings artistic practice and psychology-informed reflection together in an interactive workshop for better mental health.

Across six themes—identity, emotions, values, purpose, relationships and personal growth—you’ll explore questions about your life and turn your thoughts into images. Each theme combines opportunities for self-reflection with hands-on collage activities, encouraging you to experiment with materials and discover your own visual language.

Inside you’ll find:

• Guided collage projects exploring different aspects of yourself
• Psychology-informed reflections and creative exercises
• Practical techniques for working with images, composition and colour
• Specially designed pages of cut-out materials to use in your collages
• Thoughtful prompts to explore your experiences, relationships and aspirations

No previous artistic experience is needed. Whether you’re an experienced collage artist or picking up scissors for the first time, these accessible activities invite you to slow down, make something with your hands and see yourself from a fresh perspective.

Creative, thoughtful and personal, *Collage Your Mind* offers space to explore what matters to you, express feelings that can be difficult to put into words, and reconnect with yourself through the possibilities of collage.
