What's the minimum order for bulk pricing?
Bulk pricing generally starts at 25 copies of a title, and you can mix many titles in one order. Larger orders get a custom quote with an all-in price.
How fast can you deliver?
Order at least 10 business days before you need the books in hand; earlier is better. Free shipping works great: most orders arrive within an estimated 7–10 business days. Need it sooner? Expedited and express options are available for many titles. Tell us your need-by date on your quote request and we'll plan around it.
Can you ship to many addresses?
Yes. We ship to one location, to many offices or campuses, or one book to each person. If you don't have the addresses, we can set up a private address-collection page. See shipping to many addresses.
Do you accept purchase orders and tax-exempt orders?
Yes. We accept purchase orders from approved businesses, schools and government agencies. If your organization is tax exempt, send us your state exemption form before you order (sales tax exemption).
Can you ship outside the US?
Yes. Since 2023 we've shipped to 46 countries. We quote freight to your destination, and international orders are paid up front by ACH or wire (bank transfer). Duties and taxes depend on the country, so ask us for your destination.
Can you customize the books?
Yes. Options include signed bookplates, insert letters or postcards, belly bands, stickers, custom packaging and companion branded journals. See customization.
Can I order books before the publication date?
Yes. Pre-orders are a large part of what we do, from author launches to programs that need a new title on day one. We plan shipping around the release date.
How do I get BookPal's W-9?
Download it from our purchase orders page, or email sales@bookpal.com and we'll send it with any other vendor forms you need.
