Purchase Orders

BookPal is happy to accept Purchase Orders (PO's) from approved businesses, schools and government agencies. If your organization would like to request approval to pay via PO, please contact BookPal at 866-522-6657 or sales@bookpal.com.  

Our standard payment terms on PO's is Net 30 from the order date. If your organization is tax exempt, please let us know when requesting PO approval and we can also set up your account for exemption from sales tax when placing orders on our website.

If you have a Purchase Order and would like to order, simply fax it to 866-522-1957 or email it to sales@book-pal.com and someone on our Sales Experience team will place the order on your behalf. You may also place the order yourself and submit the PO with reference to your completed order. During checkout, options will be available for submitting the PO.

Is interest charged or are there any fees for purchase order?
Orders secured by PO and paid within 30 days of the invoice date will not incur any additional fees. We do reserve the right to charge a 1.5% per month late payment fee if payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date.

 
If I cancel my order, will I be charged any cancellation fee?
In order to cancel orders, it requires that your order has NOT been processed. If you might need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we can advise you if cancellation is possible.
