BookPal's Featured Book Club Book: The Power of Moments

Featured Book Club Book

The Power of Moments is this month's featured BookPal Book Club book.

A company book club is a great way to engage employees and inspire creative thinking. Here at BookPal, we have chosen a book club book each quarter to read and discuss for almost 3 years. Since we first started in 2015, the BookPal Book Club has seen great success among employees. After its release in October 2017, The Power of Moments gained noticeable recognition in the publishing community and in BookPal's 2017 OWL Award program. Intrigued, participating members selected this as the November-December book club book.

Looking to use this book for your next book club? Use the book club discussion guide provided by the authors to lead the conversation; or create questions of your own.

About The Power of Moments:

The Power of MomentsBest-selling authors Chip and Dan Heath explore why certain brief experiences can change us forever and how we can create these extraordinary moments in life and work. Discover stories of people who have created standout moments — from hotel owners who created one of the most loved properties in Los Angeles, to relief workers who beat a deadly health practice, to a team that revitalized one of the worst elementary schools in the country through intervention. Learn how elevation, insight, pride, and connection create our most memorable positive moments in life.

Why leave these moments to chance when you can create them yourself? Use this book to become the author of richer and more fulfilling experiences. Parents, teachers, and business professionals alike will find principles that can transform short encounters into memories that last a lifetime.

"Anyone can pick up this book and read it. There are plenty of applicable stories that readers can relate to. Above all, it helps readers become conscious of the effects moments have on their lives and the lives of others."
