Tracking
Use this page to find answers about where your order is in the shipping process and how to access tracking updates.
- Books can ship in multiple shipments. Depending on availability and publisher warehouses, items may arrive in separate boxes with different tracking numbers.
- Tracking is sent automatically. As soon as a label is created and the carrier provides a number, we email tracking to the address on your order.

Helpful details
- Where to find tracking later: Check your order confirmation email for links, or log into your BookPal account and view Order History.
- Processing & lead times: In-stock titles typically ship quickly. Special orders, preorders, or large event orders may require extra processing time.
- Multiple tracking numbers: If your order is split, you’ll receive separate emails—one for each shipment—until the full order is delivered.
- Address updates: If you need to change a shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once a shipment is in transit, rerouting options may be limited.
- International orders: GST/VAT, customs duties, and tariffs are not included in your BookPal.com order. If applicable, these fees are the customer’s responsibility and are paid to the carrier upon delivery.
- Delivery issues: If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, check with receiving/mailrooms and nearby entrances first, then contact us for help.
