CALM is a great ally in the education of our sons and daughters. If we are able to maintain our serenity when faced with the different day-to-day situations that arise, we will be a comfort to little ones, who will learn by watching us how to calm down, self-regulate and channel their emotions. By teaching in the CALM we will be transmitting to them a great life skill that will help them to reach wellbeing and to feel complete and happy.
