Every practical, painstakingly arranged match brings her closer to a second life. Too many Cupids breach their contracts by falling in love, but that’s no risk for Serena. Once she satisfies her debt, she’ll never deal in love again. In the meantime, she’ll tolerate office politics, team check-ins, and her work nemesis Daniel Hayes. When Daniel completes his contract first, Serena is thrilled to be rid of him. Then Daniel becomes her final client.
