Since there is no single progression that all fully agree to, the Todd Parr Phonics scope & sequence was formulated to be as inclusive as possible. It roughly aligns with several of the major programs—Blevins, Fundations, UFLI, PAF, LETRS as well as IMSE and Recipe for Reading (Orton-Gillingham approach).
