- Or share a private address page. We set up an address-collection page for your recipients, so their home addresses come straight to us, not through your inbox. Additional charges apply.
- Every address gets a light check at no cost before anything ships. Premium validation is available too.
- Take your time with the list. No storage fees as long as addresses are confirmed within 30 days of your order.

Since 2023 we've shipped to readers, offices and partners in 46 countries. Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia are the most common, followed by Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, Hong Kong and Singapore, but we quote anywhere.
- Freight quoted to the destination before you commit, with the options that suit your date.
- Duties and taxes depend on the country. Shipped duties-paid (DDP), there's nothing to pay at the door; shipped duties-unpaid (DDU), the recipient pays the carrier on delivery. Ask which applies to yours.
- Rights vary by edition. Some editions can't be sold in some territories; we check before you order.
- Payment up front by ACH or wire (bank transfer) for international orders.

Can you ship books to many different addresses?
Yes. Ship to one location, split across many offices or campuses, or mail one book to each recipient. One order can combine all three.
I don't have recipients' addresses. Can you collect them?
Yes. We can create a private address-collection page you send to recipients, so you never handle home addresses yourself. Additional charges apply.
Do you verify addresses?
Yes. Every order includes a light address check at no cost. Premium validation is available for an extra charge; send addresses at least a week before the books reach our warehouse.
How long does an individual-recipient mailing take?
Allow about 3–4 weeks from payment for a mailing to individual recipients with our most economical option: free ground transfer to our warehouse and economy postage to each recipient. Need it sooner? Can we ship in batches at different times?
Pricing assumes a single distribution. If you need batches at different times, tell us up front and your BookPal specialist will find the best way to do it.
Are there storage fees while we finalize our list?
No, as long as your recipient list and addresses are confirmed within 30 days of your order. After 30 days, fees may apply.
Can you ship outside the US?
Yes. Since 2023 we've shipped to 46 countries. We quote freight to the destination, international orders are paid up front by ACH or wire (bank transfer), and duties depend on the country, so ask us for yours.
