Yes. Send a purchase order against your written quote; terms are Net 30 from the invoice date for approved accounts. University purchasing cards and all major credit cards work online or by phone, and so do PayPal, check, ACH and wire.

Upload your university's exemption certificate on our paying as an organization page before you order. Our accounts receivable team reviews it, and once it's approved we keep it on file for future qualifying orders.

30 days. Your quote is an itemized PDF with every title, copy count, shipping charge and delivery point, so it can go straight into your approval process.

By mid-July. Order at least 10 business days before the books must be on campus: for books on campus by Mon, Aug 2, order by Mon, Jul 19. Request the quote in spring so it can go through approval in good time. Your specialist will reply personally within one business day.

Yes. Each new copy includes a unique access code for the CliftonStrengths assessment. Each access code is for one person and can be used once. We sell new copies only; a used copy's code may already be redeemed. If an access code doesn't work, we'll replace it. Need codes without the book? Student access-code cards come in sets of 20, one code per student.

Yes. Volume pricing applies automatically, with up to 51% off list at 1,000 or more copies, and larger volumes are quoted. One quote can cover the student copies, faculty and facilitator copies and any discussion guides.

Yes. Give us the count and receiving contact for each office, residence hall or bookstore, and we'll ship each its own share on one order and one invoice. Use street addresses; our carriers don't deliver to PO Boxes.

For a few titles, yes — StrengthsFinder 2.0, for example — and our specialists can tell you which ones. But we're selective, on purpose, because we'd rather your budget go somewhere it works:

• You pay for every code, not every reader. Bulk eBook and audio codes are billed when they're issued, and in our experience most are never opened — or are set aside after the first few pages.

• Digital is harder on your people than it looks. Recipients have to redeem codes, create accounts, and manage yet another app and library on their personal devices. What was meant as a gift becomes a chore.
