- Send a spreadsheet. One row per recipient, with the title each person gets if they differ. Use our template so nothing is missed.
- Or share a private address page. We set up an address-collection page for your recipients, so their home addresses come straight to us, not through your inbox. Additional charges apply.
- Every address gets a light check at no cost before anything ships. Premium validation is available too.
- Take your time with the list. No storage fees as long as addresses are confirmed within 30 days of your order.

What's the last day to order holiday gifts?
For gifts in hand by Saturday, December 19, 2026, order by Friday, December 4 when shipping to one address: that's 11 business days, a day more in the holiday rush so carriers have room. Mailing one book to each person from a list? With our most economical option (free ground transfer to our warehouse, economy postage), order about 4 weeks ahead, by Thursday, November 19; faster, tracked options can shorten that. These dates assume your titles are available at the publisher or our warehouse, and your quote confirms the date. Missed a date? Call us: expedited shipping may still make it.
Can you ship a gift to each recipient?
Yes. We mail one book (or a small kit) to each person from your spreadsheet, or from a private address-collection page we set up for your recipients. See shipping to many addresses.
Do you collect home addresses for us?
Yes. We can set up a private address-collection page for your recipients, so you never handle their home addresses. Additional charges apply, and every order includes a light address check.
Can we include a note or a signed bookplate?
Yes. Add an insert card or letter, a signed bookplate, a belly band, stickers or packaging with your logo. Tell us when you request a quote so we can plan the timing.
Is gift wrap available?
Ask us. Tell us how you'd like the gift presented and we'll tell you what we can do for your order and your date.
Can we send different books to different people?
Yes. Mix titles in one order and tell us which book goes to whom. Many clients choose a short list by role or interest. Want recipients to choose their own book from a list you curate? We've run pick-your-gift programs: minimums and maximums apply, so ask a specialist and we'll design it with you. Your specialist will reply personally within one business day.
Can we reorder more gifts later?
Yes. Reorder at your original volume price: order 25 or more within 30 days of your first order and we'll extend the same discount you received on the larger order. Most publishers price every order separately; we don't. Your price holds for 12 months. As long as the publisher's cover price stays the same, so does yours. If a publisher raises a cover price, we'll let you know before you reorder. Ask a specialist.
