Do nonprofits pay sales tax? Is our 501(c)(3) letter enough?
Not when a valid exemption is on file. Email us a state-issued sales tax exemption certificate for each ship-to state before you order. An IRS determination letter or a W-9 can't be used for state sales tax exemption. Once it's approved, we keep the certificate on file for future qualifying orders. See sales tax exemption.
Can a donor pay for books delivered to many organizations?
Yes. One organization can pay while each recipient gets its own delivery, address and date. We set up invoicing to suit your funder; confirm it in your quote. Each site gets tracking for its own shipment. Allow 10 business days for delivery to each site.
Can you deliver to partner sites on a later date?
Yes. We can schedule delivery for a later date, site by site, so books arrive when each program is ready to receive them. Put the dates on your quote request.
Do you have books in Spanish or bilingual editions?
Many titles are published in Spanish or bilingual editions. When both editions are in print, we can quote them side by side and send both to the same site.
Do you sell Bibles in bulk?
Yes. Churches, ministries and Christian schools order Bibles in bulk from us in many translations and formats. See Bibles in bulk.

Yes. You'll get one written quote with every title, the per-copy price, shipping to each site and any extras, ready to attach to a grant application or board packet.

Can large distributions arrive on pallets?
Yes. Larger orders can arrive on pallets. Tell us whether the receiving site has a loading dock or needs a liftgate, and who will sign for the delivery.
