Packed the way your school runs.
Nobody should spend the first week of school sorting boxes in the library. Tell us how the books are handed out and we'll pack them that way.
- Student bundles. Turn a curriculum list into one bundle per student: sorted, shrink-wrapped and labeled.
- Many campuses, one order. Split cartons across schools and sites, each with its own quantity and label.
- Home delivery. Mail summer reading or remote-learning books straight to students' homes. Allow about 3–4 weeks for mailing to each student with our most economical option; faster, tracked options are available.
- Always brand new. Every copy is new and quality checked before it ships.

What business offices ask us.
The jobs behind our school numbers are in the case studies. Anything else, call 866-522-6657 (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5 pm PT) or email sales@bookpal.com.
Do you accept purchase orders from schools and districts?
Yes. We accept purchase orders from approved schools and districts. Email your PO to sales@bookpal.com or fax it to 866-522-1957, or place the order online and reference the PO at checkout. Payment terms are Net 30 from the invoice date for approved accounts.
How do tax-exempt school orders work?
Email a valid state-issued sales tax exemption certificate for the ship-to state before you order. Federal W-9 forms and IRS letters can't be used for state sales tax exemption. Once it's approved, we keep the certificate on file and apply it to future qualifying orders. See sales tax exemption.
Can you send a W-9 and complete our vendor forms?
Yes. Download our W-9 (PDF) and email any vendor setup forms to sales@bookpal.com. Our vendor address is BookPal, 3002 Dow Ave, Ste 112, Tustin, CA 92780.
Can you sort and label books by student or classroom?
Yes. We can turn your book list into student bundles, sorted, shrink-wrapped and labeled so every student gets the right books, or pack class sets by teacher or campus. Tell us how you want them grouped on your quote request.
Can you ship to several campuses or to students' homes?
Yes. One order can be split across campuses or mailed to individual homes, which works well for summer reading. Allow 10 business days for delivery to a campus and about 3–4 weeks for mailing to each student with our most economical option (faster, tracked options are available). Send a spreadsheet of addresses, or ask us about private address collection.
When should we order for the start of the school year?
Planning for fall? Tell us your date and we'll work back from it. Always allow at least 10 business days before you need the books in hand.
Where can I see per-copy prices for classroom sets?
On our bulk books for schools and classroom novel sets pages, where each title shows its volume pricing from 25 copies. Larger and multi-title orders get one all-in PDF quote.
Do you work with colleges and universities?
Yes. Colleges and universities order with the same PDF quotes, POs and exemption handling as K-12. For first-year and common-read titles, browse first-year experience books.
