Do you offer nonprofit pricing on books in bulk?
Yes. Volume pricing applies automatically by quantity on every title, with no codes or trade account, and the discount grows with your order, up to 51% off list at 1,000 copies or more. Larger volumes get a written quote, and if you find a lower price elsewhere, ask about our Price Match. Tell us your budget and a specialist will make it go as far as it can.
Can our organization order tax-exempt?
Yes. Send a valid state-issued exemption certificate for the state you are shipping to, and we keep it on file for future orders. Without a certificate on file, sales tax is charged at the time of the order. If your organization ships to several states, a specialist will tell you exactly which certificates we need.
Can we pay by purchase order, with Net 30?
Yes. We accept purchase orders, with Net 30 from the invoice date for approved accounts. Cards, ACH and wire work too, and we can send a W-9 and complete your vendor forms. New to us? A specialist can set up your account before your first order.
Can you ship to several sites, partners or individual recipients?
Yes. One payer can send books to every partner site, branch or congregation, and we can mail a copy to each person from a spreadsheet. Packing and postage for each address are itemized on your quote, so your funder sees exactly where the money went. Send us the list and a specialist will plan the deliveries.
How far ahead should we order?
Order at least 10 business days before you need the books at one address, and 20 business days when we mail a copy to each person. Free shipping works great on most orders over $95 to the contiguous US, with an estimated 7 to 10 business days by ground. Working to a firm date? Tell us when you request a quote and we will plan delivery around it.
What if the book we need is not on the site?
Ask us anyway. More than a million titles — and if it's in print, our specialists can find it. That includes Spanish editions and study guides. Send the title or ISBN and we will quote it.
