About the book
Van Morrison
Drawing on exclusive interviews, rare archival material and intimate stories, this comprehensive illustrated retrospective celebrates the remarkable career of Van Morrison.
From his humble beginnings in Belfast to becoming one of the most influential figures in modern music, follow Morrison's journey as he transforms from a young blues enthusiast to a genre-defying legend.
Van Morrison: Days Like These takes you deep into the heart of Morrison's music, from the soulful 'Brown Eyed Girl' to the timeless 'Astral Weeks' and beyond, tracing the evolution of his sound and the layers of complexity in his lyrics.
But this book isn't just about the music; it's about the man behind it. With stunning photography and personal anecdotes, the book also offers a rare, unfiltered look at his fiercely private life, capturing the essence of an artist who has remained true to his own vision, both on and off the stage.
