Can each employee get their own copy at home?
Yes. Send us a spreadsheet of names and addresses, or we can set up a private address-collection page so you never have to gather home addresses yourself. Every order includes a light address check. See shipping to many addresses.
Can we pay by purchase order or invoice?
Yes. We accept purchase orders from approved businesses, along with major credit cards, PayPal, checks, ACH or wire (bank transfer). Net 30 from the invoice date for approved accounts.
Can you recommend titles for our program?
Yes. Tell us the audience, the goal and the timing and we'll suggest titles that fit. Start with title recommendations or mention it on your quote request.
Can you add our logo or a note from our CEO?
Yes. We can add a signed bookplate, an insert letter or postcard, a belly band or stickers, and packaging with your logo. Branded journals can go alongside the book. See customization.
What if we need the books by a specific date?
Order at least 10 business days before you need the books in hand; earlier is better. Free shipping works great: most orders arrive within an estimated 7–10 business days. Need it sooner? Expedited and express options are available for many titles. Put your date on the quote request and we'll plan the order around it.
Can we mix titles and ship to several offices in one order?
Yes. One quote can cover many titles and formats, split across offices or sent to individual homes, on one invoice.
What does bulk pricing look like?
Volume pricing starts at 25 copies on most titles, and the per-copy price drops as quantity goes up. Each book page shows its tiers, and larger or multi-title orders get one all-in quote. Free shipping applies to most orders over $95 in the contiguous US.
Do you offer eBooks or audiobooks?
For a few titles, yes — StrengthsFinder 2.0, for example — and our specialists can tell you which ones. But we're selective, on purpose, because we'd rather your budget go somewhere it works:
You pay for every code, not every reader. Bulk eBook and audio codes are billed when they're issued, and in our experience most are never opened — or are set aside after the first few pages.
Digital is harder on your people than it looks. Recipients have to redeem codes, create accounts, and manage yet another app and library on their personal devices. What was meant as a gift becomes a chore.
If digital appeals because it seems easier to distribute — let us make print just as easy. We'll set up a simple page where your recipients enter their own addresses, then deliver beautiful hardcovers and paperbacks to each of them, across the country or around the world. No spreadsheets for you, and a real book in their hands.
