Can my unit buy a whole reading list in bulk with a government purchase card?
Yes. Each list page has a whole-list builder: set the copies per title, untick what your unit already owns, and it prices the set live and carries every title to one written quote. We accept government purchase cards, and purchase orders from approved agencies with Net 30 from the invoice date for approved accounts.
Which lists and years are on this page?
The Commandant's Professional Reading List for fiscal year 2026 (ALMAR 024/25), the Chief of Naval Operations Professional Reading Program released December 23, 2025, and the CSAF Leadership Library installments from January 2024 to July 2025. Each list page names its source and shows the titles from it that we carry.
Can you split-ship to multiple units or bases, including APO and FPO?
Yes, one order can be split across several delivery points on a single quote; give each one's street address and receiving contact. Our carriers deliver to street addresses, not PO Boxes. Yes, we ship to APO/FPO addresses regularly. These orders route through our warehouse first, so please allow a little extra time; our specialists are happy to confirm timing.
Are you SAM-registered, and can orders be tax-exempt?
Yes. Our SAM registration is active and our CAGE code is 49Y71. Tell us how your agency handles sales tax and we'll set up the order to match; state and local buyers can send their exemption certificate. We can also complete your vendor setup forms.
How far ahead should we order before a PME course or unit book club?
Order at least 10 business days before you need the books in hand at one address. For example, order by Thursday, December 24 for books in hand on Monday, January 11, 2027. Your quote confirms the date for your exact titles.
