Most small-group studies come in two parts: a participant book for everyone and a leader guide for whoever facilitates. Order a few extra participant books for the visitors who join in week two.

  • Video studies: check whether the study's video is streamed or on DVD, and how many groups each access covers; ask us if you're not sure.
  • Couples' studies: decide whether each couple shares a book or each person gets one before you count.
  • Kids and youth: many studies have a children's or student edition; quote them together on one order.

Paying as a church

Simple for the church office, clean for the treasurer.

  1. Tax-exempt orders

    Exemption rules vary by state. Send your church's exemption certificate before you order and we'll set up your account. Sales tax exemption

  2. Purchase orders

    Larger churches and denominations can send a PO against the written quote. Terms are Net 30 from the invoice date for approved accounts, and quotes hold for 30 days. How POs work

  3. Check, card or transfer

    Pay by check, major credit cards, PayPal, ACH or wire (bank transfer), whichever your finance team prefers.

  4. One quote per ministry

    Children's, youth and adult ministries can each get their own quote and invoice, or combine everything on one.

How much do Bible studies cost in bulk?

Volume pricing starts at 25 copies of a title, and the price per copy drops at 100, 250, 500 and 1,000, up to 51% off list at 1,000 or more. Larger volumes are quoted. A single group of 10 pays the regular price, so order for every group in your church at once and everyone gets the volume price. Free ground shipping applies to most orders over $95 in the contiguous US.

Can we order participant books, leader guides and video together?

Yes. Put them all on one quote: a participant book for each person and a leader guide for each group. Many studies now include streaming video with the guide; tell us which edition you use and we'll match it.

Do you have studies for women's, men's and youth groups?

Yes. We carry studies from many Christian publishers, so you can choose by author, book of the Bible or audience. Send us the titles your groups are considering and we'll quote them side by side.

When should we order for Lent and Easter?

Order 10 business days before you need the books (11 from mid-November through December, our holiday rush). For a Lent study starting Ash Wednesday, February 10, 2027, order by Friday, January 22. For Easter guest gifts in hand by Palm Sunday, March 21, order by Monday, March 8. Print-on-demand titles and publisher backorders can take a little longer, and our specialists are happy to confirm timing for your exact order.

Do you sell Spanish Bibles and pocket New Testaments in bulk?

Yes. We carry Reina Valera 1960 Bibles in several sizes, bilingual Spanish and English Bibles, pocket New Testaments with Psalms and Proverbs, and children's Bibles. They can go on the same quote and invoice as your study books.

Can our church order tax-exempt, with a PO or on terms?

Yes. Send your tax-exempt certificate before you order and we'll set up your account. We accept purchase orders against a written quote, and terms are Net 30 from the invoice date for approved accounts. Quotes hold for 30 days.
