About the book
Do You Really Know Bats?
Bear has everything set for the best hibernation party ever! Except . . . you don’t think bats might show up, do you? Sure, Bear has never actually seen a bat in real life, but they just know those scary alien birds love to gobble up sweet, unsuspecting bears.
Bear’s new friend has a thing or two to say about what bats are really like, starting with the fact that they’re mammals, not birds, and bears are definitely not part of their diet. As Bear learns they have more in common with bats than they thought, they start to wonder . . . were they wrong to be so scared of them? And how does their new flying, furry friend know so much about bats?
Get ready to learn and laugh along with a new irresistible animal duo in the funny and fact-filled follow-up to Do You Really Know Flamingos? that shows what happens when you lead with curiosity instead of fear.
