Cada uno de los capítulos examina en detalle el perfil de Josué como líder, pero sin quedarse en aquellos siglos de la escabrosa conquista militar, tan llena de violencias inconcebibles para nuestro siglo. In other words, the renewal of Christian leadership calls for a return to its biblical sources, to its spiritual roots and, above all, to the example and model of Jesus of Nazareth, "he who claims to abide in him must live as he lived." Each of the chapters examines in detail Joshua's profile as a leader, but without remaining in those centuries of the rugged military conquest, so full of violence inconceivable for our century. Our two authors, with great pastoral sensitivity, ask themselves about the lessons for the ministry of our day.
