About the book
Maze Quest
From New York City to Paris and Beijing to Rio de Janeiro, discover some of the world's most amazing cities by completing the 25 gorgeous mazes in this book.
Can you find your way to Notre Dame from the Eiffel Tower and then on to the Louvre in Paris? Or get from the Victory Column to the Brandenburg Gate?
Each beautifully illustrated maze takes readers on an exciting, immersive journey. The reader's challenge is to find their way from the start point to the finish, taking in approximately 10 landmarks or places of interest along the way. A fun, bite-sized fact accompanies every stopping point.
Some of these places are iconic landmarks (for example, the Colosseum and the Spanish Steps in Rome), while others are amusing, quirky places (for example, an ice-cream parlor with over 200 gelato flavors!). There are bonus things to spot and count, for extra fun.
The book features cities from around the world - well-known capitals as well as some less well-known destinations. Every city is brought to life by Kaja Kajfez's evocative artwork.
This book is a great way to keep kids entertained while enhancing their logic and problem-solving skills and their understanding of the world's geography. A perfect way to banish boredom while on vacation!
