About the book
Perez
All children wonder who takes their teeth when they fall asleep. If you’re reading this book in English, I suppose you’re familiar with the Tooth Fairy. And perhaps you already know that, in other countries, it’s actually her companion—the little mouse—who collects baby teeth.
Tradition has it that he lives inside a box of cookies from Confitería Prast in Madrid. But does the so-called Mr. Pérez work alone or with help? Where does he really live? And, above all, what is he doing with all those teeth?
