Overview

From the author of Inner Witch and Goddess Energy comes a guide on how to use affirmations in your daily life.

Affirmations have been used around the world for thousands of years, whether through prayer, by chanting, by reciting with a rosary or prayer bead, or meditated upon in silence. Affirmations are a way for us to align with vibration—the building block of energy in this universe—and to create new neural pathways that can support our growth, evolution, and healing. Affirmations, in short, are subconscious spells we can use to transform our inner and outer world.

Words hold power. What we tell ourselves, the words we choose to imbue our reality with meaning, and how we speak our beliefs—these all have an effect on our lives. In a time when time is short, anxieties are high, and people want to make meaningful if small changes in their daily lives, Affirmation Magick centers the inner world and give us the tools to accomplish our goals. This guide beautifully pairs the simplicity of affirmations with the potency of witchcraft—and can be used by anyone.

By working with the power of ritual, embodiment, and spells, affirmations become a tool that we can use anywhere and anytime—on the road, in the moment, when in pain and grief, or in moments of gratitude and joy. In Affirmation Magick, Gabriela Herstik shows readers how to ground, shield, and protect their energy. Readers will also be walked through how to set themselves and their space up for practice, presents best practices for working affirmations—both written and aloud—how to create an affirmation journal, and much more. Gabriela offers affirmations for every area of life—grief, joy, protection, gratitude, etc.—and how to use them to support our mental and physical health. Readers will be left feeling empowered by their thoughts and innate magick, trusting in their ability to change their world.
