Automatic Writing: A Guide to Intuition, Soul Contracts, and the Universe Within You
by Dr. Manmeet Kumar
About the book
Automatic Writing
The Universe has never been silent. This book will show you how to tune in.
Through the simple but powerful act of writing, tap into a deeper conversation within yourself, and bring forth meaning, direction, and truth into your existence.
In an increasingly noisy world, it has become harder than ever to listen to the voice of intuition within ourselves. And yet, this voice, an inner compass, has always existed, connecting us to the wisdom of our souls. Here is a simple but powerful tool to reconnect with it.
Automatic Writing is built around one central belief: nothing in life is random. Your soul arrived here with a purpose, and a connection to the Universe that is always active, even when that connection feels impossibly fragile. Think of it as your spiritual GPS—one that makes you pause, receive guidance, find clarity in daily decisions, and unearth the higher purpose of your life.
This ancient yet practical art accesses the universal field of intelligence (often called the Akashic field) by quieting the mind through practices like meditation. With it, go beyond the reaches of your ordinary thinking mind, activate finer perceptual channels—beyond sight, hearing, touch—and receive information from a higher consciousness.
Guided by Dr. Manmeet Kumar—a pioneering voice on this practice and founder of Soul Miracles—and real-life stories of people who have navigated loss and rediscovered purpose, Automatic Writing will show you that the answers you have been searching for have always been within reach.
