- Logo debossing or foil stamping on the front cover, centered or lower right. Foil comes in gold, silver, copper, black or white.
- A name on every journal in gold or silver foil, up to 25 characters, typed on the order, pasted from a spreadsheet or sent later.
- Inside pages: a full-color tipped-in page bound into each journal with your mission, core values, a welcome letter or the event agenda.
- Finishing touches: a printed belly band around each journal, or a branded pen in the pen loop.
- A digital proof of every logo and name in 2–3 business days. Nothing prints until you approve it.

Plan about three weeks from order to delivery for logo journals and about four with names. Order online for a straightforward logo, or ask for a quote when you want names, a second location or full color. Either way, nothing prints until you approve the proof.

The die fee, in plain words
Order 100 and the logo setup is free.
To deboss or foil-stamp your logo, Castelli makes a metal die from your artwork. The die is made once per logo design and kept on file for reorders.
New logo, 25 to 99 journals
A one-time $75 die fee, added automatically when you order online. It covers the die for that design, whatever colors you choose.
100 or more journals
The die is free. The same logo on two models counts together, so 60 Appeel Medio and 40 Medium Tucson with one logo make 100.
Reorders and blank journals
Reordering a logo we already have a die for costs nothing extra; tell us the earlier order number. Blank journals and names alone never need a die.
A second logo location, oversized artwork and full-color printing are quoted per order.

What is the minimum order for group journals?
25 journals per model on most of our catalog. A few models start at 50, shown on the journal's page. Need a smaller run? Our journal specialists are happy to suggest options: request a quote.
How does wholesale journal pricing work?
Each journal has price tiers that start at its minimum and drop at 100, 250, 500 and 1,000. On most Castelli journals that's about 21% off list at 25 and up to 41% off at 1,000. The Appeel Medio, for example, is $19.49 each at 100, $18.46 at 250 and $16.90 at 500, logo included.
What are the least expensive journals for groups?
Of our eight core styles, the Tucson Slim costs least: $12.48 each at 100 and $9.91 at 1,000, with a debossed or one-color foil logo included. Pocket and saddle-stitched notebooks in the full catalog, such as the Pocket Tucson Notes Journal, cost less still.
Can I order custom journals for a group with our logo and names?
Yes. Every journal here takes a debossed or one-color foil logo, included in the price, and each one can carry a different name in gold or silver foil for $4.34 at 25–99 or $4.13 at 100 or more. You approve a digital proof of the logo and every name before anything prints.
Is a logo included?
Yes, a debossed or one-color foil logo is included. A new logo needs a die, made once per design: a one-time $75 under 100 journals, free at 100 or more. The same logo on different models counts together, and reorders with the die on file are free. A second location, such as the back cover, needs its own die at $75 at any quantity; our specialists will price it with you: request a quote.
Do you sell notebooks for groups?
Yes. Besides hardcover journals, the full catalog includes softcover and saddle-stitched notebooks, pocket notebooks, a weekly planner, gift sets and a padfolio, all with volume pricing.
Can I buy blank journals for a group?
Yes. Order any model without a logo. Blank journals never need a die and use the same volume pricing.
Can we pair journals with books?
Yes. BookPal sells books for groups too, so one quote can cover a book and a matching branded journal for onboarding, a retreat, a conference or a client gift.
How long does a group journal order take?
Your digital proof arrives in 2–3 business days. After you approve it, production takes about 5 business days for a logo, or 10–15 with names, then UPS ground takes about 3–5 business days. Tell us your date and a journal specialist will confirm the timeline before you pay: request a quote.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. Purchase orders and tax-exempt orders are welcome. Ask for a formal quote and send your PO against it.
Can I return group journals?
Journals printed with your logo or names can't be returned or exchanged unless there's a production error. That's why nothing prints until you approve a proof, and a journal specialist is happy to review it with you: request a quote.
