About the book
Milo Manara
The book invites visitors to explore this imaginary world through a fresh lens, placing it in dialogue with the Labirinto della Masone and the cultural universe of Franco Maria Ricci—a world profoundly shaped by Jorge Luis Borges. Throughout his comics and illustrations, Manara weaves his own interpretation of the labyrinth, fashioning realms where reality, imagination, and memory constantly blur. Guided by the thread of the labyrinth, this narrative unfolds to reveal deep connections, shared affinities, and recurring echoes across Manara’s career.
