About the book
Never Take a Bear to School
On your very first day, there is one simple rule: You cannot take your bear to school!
Why not? There are some very good reasons to leave your bear behind. He may cause a panic at the playground or get stuck in a kid-sized chair or growl during lessons. But there’s no need to fret! Because if you leave your bear at home, once you get to school, you’ll have new friends to meet, activities to keep you busy, lots of things to learn, and plenty of fun to have.
This sweetly silly and accessible allegory is the back-to-school tool parents need to help their students understand why—as much as they might want to bring them—parents shouldn’t come to school.
